So a couple of days ago, I found a CMS (Content Management System) online host called uCoz. It based in Russia and over a million sites are based on it. I can see why though. Sure it's not Drupal or Joomla but it's still useful. There are tons of installable modules and some of their themes are bound to impress. Even if you don't you can easily edit the CSS.
